Interest in the <br />signal work at Rolling Hills Road and the problems with. the Diamond Lake Blvd/Stephens <br />Street intersection were shown. Numerous comments were made in support of the improve- <br />ments at exit 127 on I-5. Some mentioned the need for a barrier between opposing lanes on <br />I-5 north of Roseburg. <br />Discussions• <br />• Most discussion was around how the new interchange at exit 129 would work. There was <br />also a lot of discussion surrounding the improvements identified at the Diamond <br />Lake/Stephens intersection in Roseburg and support of a study to further refine future phases <br />of improvement. <br />E-Mail Comments Received: <br />• One email was received thanking us for the informative presentation. <br />MEDFORD (1), June 16, 2006 <br />113 attendees <br />Letters Received: <br />• One letter was received asking about the existing South Medford Interchange and suggesting <br />that we should keep it in operation after the new one is constructed. <br />Page 374 <br />
