The first project area of interest is the LTD downtown station and connection within the <br /> downtown area. Accessible pedestrian signal retrofits is a possible part of this project. <br /> Justification: <br /> Low vision pedestrians need tactile or audible queues to assist in traveling in high risk routes or areas of overwhelming sensory input such as high volume <br /> streets and intersections, circuitous routes, and rail crossings.
