Provide <br /> match funding for TDM activities and possible bike/pedestrian and multi-use projects such as, E. 14th Street multi-use path and the E Street and 60th <br /> intersection path. . <br /> Justification: <br /> TransPlan was adopted with a set of Transportation Demand Management (TDM) policies and projects. These projects help to manage and reduce vehicle <br /> trips as required by the state Transportation Planning Rule (TPR) and implement the Alternative Performance Measures required by the state.
