The City will execute a bank loan for the entire project cost, with the debt service secured by the collection of lease
revenue from a 10-year lease to the BLM. City of Springfield has agreed to facilitate construction within City
limits.
Relation to Plans:
This building addresses the facility plans of these agencies and conforms to Springfield Land Use Plans.
Maintenance Impacts:
Maintenance of this facility will be conducted through contract services completely paid for by rents collected from the agencies occupying the facility.
Page I-70
