Such increases in capacity are paid by the City under Council adopted participation policies. <br />Relation to Plans: <br />City participation in private developments is guided by Resolution #90-35 and Resolution #70-45. <br />Maintenance Impacts: <br />Maintenance impacts are dependent on the individual projects funded. Often this funding is used to upsize a sewer or storm drainage line and sometimes to <br />improve a street's structure and length and the maintenance impacts are minimal <br />Pagel-3 <br />
