Minor Arterials receive priority maintenance. <br />MAJOR COLLECTOR (FC-3) -Major Collectors can be found in residential, commercial,. <br />and industrial areas. They typically carry between 2,500 and 7,500 vehicles per day. Major <br />Collectors have a higher priority for maintenance than local streets. <br />NEIGHBORHOOD COLLECTOR (FC-4) -Neighborhood Collectors are found only in <br />residential neighborhoods and provide a high degree of access to individual properties in a <br />neighborhood. They typically carry between 1,500 to 2,500 vehicles day. Prior to the <br />adoption of the Eugene Arterial & Collector Street Plan in Novemb ,this functional <br />classification designation did not exist; therefore, these streets ~~ c;re ?enerally designated as <br />collectors. <br />LOCAL (FC-5) -Local streets provide access to individ~4~l_o erties alu the roadway. <br />They are narrow, slow-speed, and low-volume service"facilities.
