The following graphs show the City of Eugene's <br />relative performance in key areas for the liability and workers' compensation programs. In both FY06 and <br />FY05 the City's liability program compared favorably in terms of both the total number of claims filed and the <br />total cost of those claims. For FY06, the ICMA jurisdictions' mean and median liability costs per capita were <br />nearly three times higher than the City of Eugene's.
