WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIMS <br />Public Works employees filed a total of 38 claims in FY07 which is an increase over <br />the 34 filed in FY06 but is the second lowest number of claims filed in the five year <br />reporting period. As of the end of FY07 only one of the claims filed was disabling.
