The frequency of claims is down slightly from the five ;; _; I ` ~.,~~~`~': <br />year average of six claims filed against the department and the incurred costs <br />are up slightly over the five year average of $65,335. Two new equity lawsuits were filed against the City in <br />FY07; one involving a measure 37 claim and the other challenging the telecom ordinance. That matter is <br />pending. <br />FINANCE: There were no claims filed against Finance in FY07. <br />HUMAN RESOURCE & RISK SERVICES: There were no claims filed against Human Resource & Risk Services <br />(HRRS) in FY07. <br />INFORMATION SERVICES: There was one claim filed against ISD in FY07 involving <br />a minor motor vehicle accident. <br />.t <br />MUNICIPAL COURT: One claim was filed against Municipal Court in FY07. <br />A court record-error resulted in the towing of a vehicle.
