Narrow <br />shoulders are also present on 10 of the corridors bridges and in the <br />Peterson (Knowles Creek) Tunnel. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />USER'S GUIDE <br />There were no top 10% Safety Priority Index System (SPIS) sites on the <br />Florence-Eugene Highway. Thirty locations were identified with three or APPENDICES <br />more crashes in the last three years, or at least one crash in the last five O <br />years that involved a fatality. Twenty of the crash locations coincide with PAGE <br />geometrically deficient highway segments and six correspond to O <br />intersections.
