<br />' Transfers are routinely made for the following purposes:
<br />To move revenues from the fund that statute or budget requires to collect them to the fund that statute or budget requires to expend them.
<br />• To move receipts restricted to debt service from the funds collecting the receipts to the debt service fund as payments become due.
<br />To move unrestricted revenues collected in the General Fund to finance various programs and activities accounted for in other funds in accordance with budgetary
<br />authorizations.
<br />• To move revenues collected from restricted sources to other funds to pay for direct expenses.
<br />Other transfers included $1.4 million transferred from the Telecom Registration/Licensing Fund to the General Fund for costs associated with the replacement of the
<br />regional law enforcement computerized records system, and the Parking Services Fund transferred $585,100 to the General Fund to support general operations.
