How You Can Get. Involved <br />Review of FY08 Budget <br />Eugene Budget Committee Schedule <br />Public comment is an important component of the Budget Committee meetings. The first 30 <br />minutes of the Apri125, May 2, and May 7 meetings. are set aside for public comment. A public <br />hearing will be held on May 15 at 7:30 p.m. Each speaker has up to three minutes to share their <br />views on the budget. As described on the previous page, e-mail and written testimony will also <br />be distributed to committee members prior to each meeting. Agendas and briefing materials may <br />be picked up at the City Manager's Office at 777 Pearl Street, or the Finance Office on the 4cn <br />floor of the Downtown Library, and they may also be accessed from the City's website at <br />www.eu ene-or. og v/budget on the Friday prior to each meeting.
