How You Can Get Involved Review of FYO7 .Budget <br />Eugene Budget Committee Schedule <br />Public comment is an important component of the Budget Committee meetings. The first 30 <br />minutes of the April 24, May 1, May 3 and May 10 meetings are set aside for public comment. <br />A public hearing will be held on May 15 at 7:30 p.m. Each speaker has up to three minutes to <br />share their views on the budget. As described on the previous page, E-mail and written <br />testimony will also be distributed to committee members prior to each meeting. Agendas and <br />briefing materials may be picked up at the City Manager's Office at 777 Pearl Street, or the <br />Finance Office on the 4th floor of the Downtown Library, and they may also be accessed from <br />the City's website at www.eu eg ne-or. ov/budget on the Friday prior to each meeting.
