A Leve13 report shall be signed and. sealed <br />by a Geotechlucal Engineer. <br />3.8.1 If the proposed development of the site does not involve significant <br />structures and/or facilities, geologic risks, constraints such as expansive clay, and/or <br />landslide areas, the project engineer may certify that reports prepared, signed and <br />sealed. by a Qualified Registered Professional for the Level 1 and.
