Intergovernmental Agreement between Lane County and the cities of Eugene and Springfield, <br />provided that such amendments are limited to the budget amount subsequently approved and adopted <br />by the City Council. In addition to the in-kind services and cash contribution specifically approved <br />by the Council's adopted budget, the annual budget amendments will also reflect other prof ects and <br />activities which are, or are expected to be, budgeted for activities which although not specifically <br />associated with the Study, qualify as "match eligible." Examples of these "match eligible" activities <br />include, but are not limited to, Planning & Development Department staff time working on the <br />Natural Resource Study analysis of inventoried sites, and Parks & Open Space staff time <br />documenting stream stability problems. <br />2.
