On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. The adjusted Systems Development Charges set forth in Exhibit A hereto are to be <br />implemented effective 12:01 a.m. on April 5, 2004, and the unamended Systems Development <br />Charges shall remain in full force and effect. <br />2. A copy of this Administrative Order shall be appended to the.
