Public Works <br />Engineering <br />City of Eugene <br />MEMORANDUM 858 Peari Street <br />Eugene, Oregon 97401 <br />(541) 682-5291 <br />(541) 682-5032 FAX <br />Date: April 1, 2004 <br />To: Mayor Torrey and City Council <br />From: Fred McVey, 682-5216 <br />Engineering Data Services Manager <br />Subject: Adoption of Inflationary Adjustments to the Eugene Systems Development Charges <br />Attached is a copy of Administrative Order No. 58-04-04-F, signed by City Manager Dennis Taylor, <br />implementing inflationary adjustments to the local transportation, wastewater, and stormwater Systems <br />Development Charges (SDCs). Council was previously provided notice of proposed adjustments on <br />March 4, 2004. Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code specifies that copies of any administrative order <br />setting or. changing a fee which is likely to be $250.00 or greater be provided to the Mayor and City <br />Council <br />The preliminary Administrative Order No. 58-04-04 was posted on March 5, 2004 at two locations at <br />City Hall and was published in the Register Guard on March 7,.2004. Copies of the. notice of intended <br />charges were also mailed to interested persons;who have requested such notice.
