Council was previously provided notice of proposed adjustments on <br />March 4, 2004. Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code specifies that copies of any administrative order <br />setting or. changing a fee which is likely to be $250.00 or greater be provided to the Mayor and City <br />Council <br />The preliminary Administrative Order No. 58-04-04 was posted on March 5, 2004 at two locations at <br />City Hall and was published in the Register Guard on March 7,.2004. Copies of the. notice of intended <br />charges were also mailed to interested persons;who have requested such notice.
