f. The fixed base operator shall provide flight instruction and <br />ground school necessary to qualify students for private, commercial, <br />and mulit-engine and instrument ratings. <br />g. Aircraft storage - Any operator offering inside aircraft storage <br />shall lease from the City an area of sufficient size to accommodate <br />the building or buildings to be constructed for rental. <br />h. Aircraft radio and electrical shop -The operator shall provide <br />a shop building of sufficient size, together with all tools and <br />.equipment and the offices required by these rules and regulations. <br />Such shop shall be staffed by personnel who are qualif ied and <br />competent and who hold the certificates necessary from the FAA, CAB, <br />and FCC. <br />i. Aircraft instrument repair shop - The same requirements apply as in <br />paragraph h. above. <br />j. Aircraft refinishing and repainting shop -The same requirements <br />apply as in paragraph h. .above. 1 as in are ra h <br />k. Aircraft interior shop - The same requirements app y P g P <br />j. h. above. as in <br />1. Aircraft propellor repair shop - The same requirements apply <br />paragraph h. above. <br />m. Aerial survey business - The operator shall lease from the City, on <br />the Airport, an area of sufficient size to provide for the storage <br />~' of all aircraft and a building for storage of associated equipment <br />used in the business. as in era ra h <br />n. Agricultural spraying - The same requirements apply p g P <br />m. above. <br />2. An applicant for a lease shall specify all services mentioned in Sections <br />IX and X which the applicant desires to conduct on Mahlon Sweet Field. <br />The operator shall carry on or conduct only those services for which he <br />qualifies and which are specified in .the lease granted by the City. <br />SECTION XII <br />COMMENCEMENT OF OPERATIONS <br />1. Terms of leases, rentals, licenses and permits shall be set by the <br />City and shall include starting dates for each of the services to be <br />provided. <br />SECTION XIII PERFORMANCE BOND <br />1. The operator shall submit, at the time of execution of the lease, a <br />surety bond in the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00), condition- <br />ed for the faithful performance of all of the conditions and covenants <br />of the lease. <br />-20- <br />
