The f i.xc`ci bnsc npcrat:oc stutl.l. lease from the City, on the Airport, <br />+~ an area suff:icicni: size tc~ ~~ennit i:he parking, storage, and display <br />of all aircraft used by thy: fixed base operator in hi_s operations, <br />and for his customer's aircraft; for all buildings; to accomodate <br />} line services, a:rd the flow of air traffic in and out of his leased <br />area. <br />~~` b. Ttie fixed base operator, at the time of the application, and during <br />! the time of the lease, shall. maintain a distributorship or dealer- <br />o'~i ship for one manufacturer o[ business and/or personal aircraft. <br />i <br />c. The fixed bas P. operator shall provide a shop building having a <br />minimum of 6,400 square feet of floor space, and having a minimum <br />`~ door opening of SO feet in width and 14 feet in clear height. In <br />"~, addition, the operator shall equip the shop with such tools, machin- <br />r;:~ ery, equipment, parts and supplies normally necessary to conduct <br />~ a full time business operation in connection with the maintainenee <br />~~ services required of the fixed base operator. Such shop shall be <br />{„ <br />-staffed by mechanics and personnel coho are qualified and competent <br />and who hold the certificate necessary from the FAA and CAS. <br />d. The fixed base operator shall be the only person permitted to pro- <br />~'' vide aircraft fueling or aircraft fueling facilities. The fixed <br />.~f~ base. operator shall provide and maintain all necessary pumps, tanks, <br />and/or mobile fuel trucks, fueling islands, areas, ramps, and other <br />°~ fueling facilities that may be necessary; provided, however, the <br />' fixed base operator shall not: place or maintain any fueling facil- <br />K~ ities on the Airport, mobile or. fixed, which has not been previously <br />approved by-the City.. 'The fixed base operator shall not deliver <br />~, fuel into any aircraft unless the fuel has first been placed in a <br />~~ sui.table and approved filteration tank. T'lere shall be no fueling <br /><~ direct from a common carrier. transport tru^k into ref-uelor without <br />~ filteration. Each fixed base operator shall. maintain enough full <br />time attendants on duty to service aircraft without unreasonable <br />delay during normal times and weather. Each fixed base operator <br />shall offer night servi.cc by having an attendant available who will <br />respond by a telephone call to a number conspicuously posted at the <br />facility. The fixed base operator shall at all times maintain an <br />adequate supply of fuels, oils, and fluids normally called for on <br />an Airport such as Mahlon Sweet Field. If the fixed base operator <br />maintains a mobile fuel truck, he shall fue]. aircraft outside the <br />area leased by trim only when he has a previous request. <br />e. The fixed base operator shall maintain a supply of parts and acces- <br />sories.for the repair and maintainence of aircraft normally called <br />for on an Airport such as the Mahlon Sweet Field. <br />-19- <br />
