fluids and other potentially hazardous substances and for the refueling <br />of all aircraft and vehicles. <br />6.3.14 Snow, Ice, Weed and Debris Removal. Each operator shall <br />promptly remove snow, ice, debris, and weeds from the area in which <br />the operator is authorized to operate. Passageways, halls, doors, and <br />exits from buildings occupied by an operator shall be kept clear of <br />stored. material and debris. The City may, at the request of the oper- <br />ator, and at the discretion of-the Airport Manager, assist the operator <br />in snow, ice, debris and weed removal. Each operator shall indemnify <br />and hold the City, and its officials, agents, and employees harmless <br />from ail liability in connection with such snow, ice, debris and weed <br />removal. <br />- 6.3.15 Insurance. .Unless otherwise agreed, each operator, at a <br />minimum, shall maintain in force during the .time operations are.- <br />conducted at the Airport the insurance coverages specified below. The <br />Airport Manager may require other types of insurance policies (e.g., <br />hangar keepers, product liability, aircraft liability) when the <br />.,maintenance of such insurance is in the public interest. Each .policy <br />.required by these provisions shall be written as a primary policy, not <br />contributing with or in excess of any coverage which the City may carry. <br />The operator shall deliver copies of each policy to the Airport Manager <br />before beginning operations. Each liability policy shall be written on <br />an "occurrence" form with an admitted insurance carrier licensed to .do <br />business in the State of Oregon and shall contain an endorsement <br />entitling the City to not less than 30 days prior written notice of any <br />.material change, nonrenewal or cancellation. The adequacy of all <br />coverage required by these rules, including insurance limits, shall be <br />subject to approval by the Airport Manager. <br />6.3.15.1 Comprehensive General Liability. The <br />operator shall maintain a broad form comprehensive general <br />liability insurance policy with coverage of not 1-ess than <br />$500,000 combined single limit p.er occurrence, with aggregate of <br />$1 million, for bodily injury, personal injury or property damage. <br />.Such policy shall contain a contractual liability endorsement to <br />cover the operator's. indemnification obligations under these <br />rules. The policy shall also contain an endorsement naming the <br />.City as an additional insured, in a form satisfactory to the City, <br />and expressly providing that the interest of the City shall not be <br />affected by the operator's breach of the policy provisions. <br />6.3.15.2 Comprehensive Automobile Liability. The <br />operator shall maintain a comprehensive automobile liability <br />insurance policy on all motor vehicles regularly used at the Air- <br />port with coverage of not less than $500,000 combined single limit <br />Per occurrence with aggregate of $1 million for bodily injury, <br />personal injury or property damage.- The coverage shall include <br />.both hired and non-owned auto liability.
