I further find that it would be more <br />efficient to incorporate this revision and prior revisions in one': document, and repeal Administrative <br />Order No. 58-99-16-F-2 and the Systems Development Charge Methodology adopted and/or <br />amended therein. <br />~O~ the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. - The City's Systems Development Charge Methodology attached as Exhibit A hereto <br />is hereby amended as proposed in Administrative Order 58-99-22, effective retroactively with <br />respect to redevelopment permits in process on and after August 9, 1999, and the unamended <br />portions thereof which became effective November 1, 1999 are ratified and affirmed. <br />2.
