,~~ <br />rwision~ to~~h~ 5,~stems Development Charge Methodology, fees, and credits as proposed by <br />~, tl <br />~~~ Admi 'st`1ive Order 58-01-11 and the corrections reflected in Finding C above and incorporated <br />~~^in Exhibit A hereto are consistent with adopted policies and ordinances of the City, are inconformity <br />with applicable state law, and should be implemented effective July 2, 2001. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. The City's Systems Development Charge Methodology attached as Exhibit A hereto <br />is hereby amended as proposed in Administrative Order No. 58-01-11 and Finding C of this Order, <br />to be effective with respect to permits in process on and after July 2, 2001, and the unamended <br />portions thereof are ratified and affirmed. <br />2. Administrative Order No. 58-01-17-F and the Systems Development Charge <br />Methodologies adopted and/or amended therein, are repealed, as of midnight, July 1.,.2001. <br />Dated this ~ day of June, 2001. <br />`~~ <br />James R.
