As Kathryn Brotherton indicated to Peggy Keppler <br />earlier in the week, the initial order is still in process. A copy has been forwarded to <br />DLCD for review, additonal public comments are being solicited, and a public hearing will <br />be held this month. Upon conclusion of the comment period the final order will be issued. <br />Since it is a work in progress so to speak, it needs to retain its original number, and <br />the 03 number that was assigned should be cancelled.
