The <br /> ! .project approach, scope, anticipated schedule, and estimated fees are presented following, and are based <br /> in part on information from o~~meetin~ Friday April 17, 2009. <br /> 1.4 PROJECT APPROACH and SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> 1.1 Wetland Delineation <br /> The wetland delineation field study for the project area will be completed using the three-parameter <br /> approach ~vegetat~on, soils, and hydrology} to determine jurisdictional wetlands in accordance with the <br /> US Arm Co s of En ' eers Co s 2DDS Interim Re Tonal Su lenient to the Co s of En ineers <br /> Y~ ~ ~ g pp ~ g <br /> wetland Delineation Manual for'~Vestern Mountains, Valleys, and Coast Region ~20D8 Manual <br /> Supplement}. This new procedure became effective with both the Corps and the C~~egon Department of <br /> State Lands ~DSL} on July 1, 2DDS; and involves collection and documentation of more data than was <br /> required in the past. The sample plots will document vegetation, soils, and hydrology per the 2008 <br /> Manual Supplement protocol. Paired plats will be used to determine wetlandlupland boundaries. All <br /> ~ wetlandlupland boundaries and sam le lots will be marked in the field this ro osal does not include <br /> p P ~ p p <br /> the cost for having the plots and boundaries professionally surveyed and mapped; although I am checking <br /> with DSL to see if a +1- 8' accurac level is acce table since this is a habitat enhancement ro'ect.
