Based on my conversation with him <br /> yesterday afternoon, the design had to be completed by 9/1,'so I will verify this important detail. I also need to <br /> work out the design - - I assume the airport will front it. Construction will be scheduled for August 2010. <br /> It's a big job, but I think we can get it designed by mid-summer.
