The scope of this proposal is to evaluate pment rehabilitation <br /> aptioa~s by completing falling weight def~ectometer ~FWD~ testing, subsurface explaratior~s, and <br /> equivalent single-axle land (U calculations. fur analysis will be carnpleted an the faNawing <br /> aty streets: <br /> + Harlow Road from Cahurg Road to I-S overpass {5,478 feet, two travel lanes with middle lane <br /> River Road from Horn Lane to Railroad Boulevard {654 i fee#, four travel lanes with middle <br /> lane} <br /> ~ Augusta Street from East 2 Avenue to East Aveenue ~3,9~8 feet, two travel lanes) . <br /> BA~~GR~UND AND APpR4ACH <br /> Based on information provided by Mr. Matt Rodrigues, we understand that the City is considering <br /> rehabilitation of the above-listed road sections, In addition, we understand that the City would <br /> like #a consider fu[I depth reclamation for streets or street sections that re~ulre full depth <br /> rr~canstruction, We have cQrnpieted a preliminary evaluation of the existing paverrrents at the <br /> site.
