The Baseline/Reconnaissance Report is a scoping report, not a <br /> technical report, and will be used to help design construction alternatives and determine the <br /> extent of a Phase 1 Technical Survey and. Report, if requested by Agency. <br /> The Baseline/Reconnaissance Report required under this !task. shall..indude a descriptionof-the <br /> area of potential impact (API), a detailed project description, .detailed historical context and <br /> ethno-historical information, methodology, recommendations for future work, a .summary, <br /> detailed. bibliography, maps, and photos.
