"~" ~0~~~~ ~ ~ AGREEMENT <br />Lane County Home & Garc9en Showtm <br />Lane County Fairgrounds, Eugene, Oregon <br />IT IS AGREED: <br />Subject to the terms and conditions on the reverse side of this agreement, which are incorporated in and form a part of this <br />agreement, and upon acceptance of the agreement by Berg Productions, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Management" we <br />the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as "Exhibitor", agree to lease from you, area noted below, as shown on diagrams <br />of the official show floor plan for the duration of said show. <br />RULES OF PARTICIPATION: <br />'`All exposed parts of Exhibitor's display must be finished/covered so it is not unsightly when viewed from other booths. <br />*Exhibit space must be able to contain a reasonably sized audience if demonstrations are planned. <br />"All terms and conditions on the reverse side of this document are part of this agreement. <br />*Use of the name "Lane County Home & Garden Show" or that of any officer of said organization in recommendations <br />of a product or service is expressly prohibited. <br />`Exhibitor will adhere to all additional rules of participation on the back of this agreement and in the Exhibitor Manual. <br />Date of Show: March 12~15, 2009 Date of Contract: 1/16/2008 <br />~~~~:, <._._~ <br />NOtiCQI! A$25.00 fee will be assessed for any check <br />returned by the bank. Failure of Exhibitor to make payment as specified shall entitle management at its option to cancel this <br />agreement without notice and exhibitor shall remain liable for unpaid balance.
