Architectural Cost Consultant <br /> § 1.1.4 Other important initial information is: <br /> § 1.1.5 When the services under this Agreement include contract administration services, the General Conditions of <br /> the Contract for Construction shall be the Owner's modified edition of AIA Document A201 current as of the date <br /> of this Agreement-€eAews: <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing the parties acknowledge that the Owner has modified the Contract for Construction. <br /> The Owner therefore agrees that the Architect and its legal counseh shall have the right to review and approve anX <br /> modification of AIA Document A201that would change the nature, quantity, manner or performance or scope of the <br /> Architect's Contract Administration services prior to execution by the Contractor.
