Management Practices Self-Assessment <br /> Ongoing compliance of City staffs ability to drive safely is monitored by the autoflag system coordinated <br /> by Risk Services Division. This system is operated through the Oregon Department of Transportation, and <br /> their database includes the driver's license information of all City staff by way of the Driving Record <br /> Review stated in #3 above. If an Oregon driver's license holder in the autoflag system database receives a <br /> moving violation, suspension, accident, or receives a DMV advisory letter, Risk is notified. Risk then <br /> ~'I notifies the City employee s supervisor for appropriate corrective action. <br /> Forklift certification training is offered and monitored by Public Works Maintenance onsite Safety <br /> Coordinator. Forklift training must be repeated every three years.
