Management Practices Self-Assessment <br /> The policy is covered in New Employee Orientation and is sent out annually to all employees. Harassment <br /> <br /> _i training is a required class for all City employees. The complaint procedure is found in APPM Chapter <br /> 1.43. <br /> ' The City's violence in the work place policy can be found in APPM Chapter 4.12. The policy defines <br /> workplace violence, outlines individual responsibility, the additional responsibility placed on supervisors <br /> and managers, as well as the response and reporting procedures. Training on Violence in the Workplace is <br /> required of all supervisors and all employees. <br /> In 2000, Public Works had a Respectful Workplace Assessment completed at the Roosevelt Yard.
