i
I
Ms. Boyle noted that figures from multiple years were used to develop a model. She said no
decision would be made on data from a single year.
There was general discussion of the figures provided.
i
Mr. Sinniger noted that there were factors, self imposed by the organization that affected costs for
FTE. He cited attending committee meetings as an example.
i
Ms. Boyle said those questions needed to be addressed on a program by program basis. She
stressed that the figures being presented were only a model.

l D. Dispute Resolution
i
j In response to Mr. Ollek's concern over leaving the discussion where it was, Ms Towle said there
were just not enough resources to continue the discussion. She noted that the committee itself
had come to that decision. She commented that the issue would be weighed as a priority after the
next bargaining session.
Ms. Towle added that the entire plan would not be shelved and that there would be some things
that would be used by the organization.
i
Mr. Ollek stressed that there needed to be an informal method to help employees communicate
about issues that did not need to be brought to the committee level.
Ms. Towle said much of that sort of skill development could be done at the supervisor level. She
said stewards and supervisors could be trained more in communication skills.
i
V. LONG TERM ISSUES
There was no discussion.
The meeting adjourned at 5 pm.
(Recorded by Joe Sams)
