The employees classified as Auto Service Workers (Lee Temple, Jeffrey Phillips) will be <br /> required to obtain a Class B CDL with air-brakes endorsement withut 6 months of the <br /> date of this agreement. Should Wesley Pedersen return from his leave of absence, he will <br /> be allowed six months from his return to.-work date fo obtain the Class B CDL. <br /> 2. These employees will be provided a reasonable amount of paid time to prepare for the <br /> written portion of the exariiifiatidn as well gas paid lime to practice driving the equipment <br /> for the practical portion of tiie. `examination. ° The Fleet Services supervisor will develop a <br /> training schedule for these employees. <br /> ic't:=.. <br /> .3 • The City will provide the equiphieiit for the' employee to take the driving test, as well as a <br /> qualified- driver to drive the employee to the testing site. In recognition of the change id expectation for these employees now being required to <br /> obtain a Class B CDL, and ro~ex~iedrte~this agreement, the City agrees to pay for the initial <br /> ' license and testing fee for these A~d~ Service Workers obtaining their CDL.
