If you have not worked <br /> with RFQs before let me explain them briefly. <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> I <br /> Qualifications <br /> This letter and the accompanying materials invite you to submit a "Statement of Qualifications" <br /> to provide services described in the RFQ. You will only need to submit this qualifications <br /> statement once. If found qualified, you will remain listed with us ~s a potential contractor for the <br /> City's training consulting. This means you probably will not have to respond to additional formal <br /> Requests for Proposals; only if a proposed project were substantially outside the scope of what <br /> is described here would we issue a separate RFP. In that case, you would need to respond to <br /> the RFP if you were interested in that project. <br /> The Statement of Qualifications you give us provides various information about you and the <br /> work you do. The RFQ document enclosed with this letter tells you specifically what information <br /> we need. Once we receive your materials, we will review them and let you know whether we are <br /> going to list you as a potential training consultant for the City. If we need additional information <br /> from you to make that decision, we will let you know so that you can submit it. <br /> Deadline for Applying <br /> There is no deadline attached to a Request for Qualifications; you can submit your <br /> qualifications statement to us any time.
