Have a working knowledge of health and safety codes. <br /> I <br /> b. Comply with established safety rules, practices, and procedures. <br /> c. Conduct and documenf safety meetings/training regularly (monthly <br /> for high risk work groups and semi-annually for low risk work <br /> groups). <br /> d. Conduct and document safety inspection of equipment and <br /> facilities regularly (monthly for high-risk work groups and <br /> semi-annually for low risk work groups). <br /> _ e. Investigate and document all accidents immediately. Determine <br /> cause and take corrective actions when applicable. Report to <br /> Division Manager. (SEE: Section 7-321) <br /> f. Take immediate action to correct any known hazardous condition. <br /> g. Consult with the Division Manager on all safety problems that <br /> cannot be corrected at the line supervisor level. <br /> <br /> j h. Counsel employees and use disciplinary action as corrective <br /> measures with employees for safety violations. Disciplinary actions <br /> will be documented. <br /> Employees: <br /> a. Become familiar with established safety rules. <br /> b. Comply with established safety rules, practices, and procedures. <br /> c. Use proper safety methods, practices and equipment. <br /> d.
