We will also look at market data; at this point we do not <br /> believe that we are below market in many areas. With the focus upon class design <br /> structure, not everybody will get an upgrade. <br /> 2) HR develops tailored process (position questionnaire and proposed timelines) for each <br /> review area and shares the position questionnaire form for input with JLMRC.. Any <br /> general information about a class review that goes to employees will also be forwarded to <br /> JLMRC. <br /> j For large classification groups with lots of similarities: we are proposing to use sample <br /> groups only and/or joint position questionnaire (MW's, AA's, etc.) <br /> 3) During each class review project, HR will provide periodic updates to the JLMRC on <br /> process and timelines. <br /> 4) HR will also bring info to the JLMRC if we see any impact on classifications that are not <br /> listed in the agreement. <br /> 5) HR will share the final class spec drafts with JLMRC to provide opportunity for input. <br /> 6) HR will collect and evaluate market data and share results with JLMRC.. <br /> <br />
