Estimate the amount of time you spend each day <br /> using the equipment. <br /> Personal computer & printers, office equipment 4.0 hrs/day <br /> Passenger or utility vehicles 1.0 hr/day <br /> 7. Physical Requirements: <br /> Please describe any physical requirements necessary to perform your job. For example, are <br /> you required to lift, bend, stretch, walk, or drive. Please be specific in describing the physical <br /> requirements of your job, and indicate the amount of time your work involves pen`orming these <br /> physical activities. <br /> Office work will require the ability to sit at a desk, table and/or computer work station while <br /> performing job duties possibly for several hours each day and on occasion for several days at a <br /> time. Must be capable of operating office equipment and computer terminal, including a mouse <br /> and keyboard. <br /> Must be capable of reading maps and construction drawings, and interpreting aerial photos. <br /> Must be able to perform activities involving walking, bending, lifting, twisting, and a full range of <br /> body movements, coupled with the need to perform work in extremes of local weather <br /> conditions. The employee may be required to work short periods of time in rubber boots, hip <br /> boots, chest waders, full rain gear, and/or safety equipment. Must be capable of driving to, and <br /> walking and kneeling on uneven ground in potentially thickly vegetated areas and inclement <br /> weather. <br /> The employee will be required to drive cars or small trucks. <br /> 8. Supervision & Project Lead (if applicable) <br /> NOTE: A supervisor has responsibility for hiring, discharge, pen`ormance evacuations, work <br /> assignments, etc., on an ongoing basis. Project lead can involve supervision of staff through the <br /> duration of the project, or providing professional and/or technical guidance fo project staff <br /> ,without full supervisory responsibilities. <br /> a. Describe your responsibility as supervisor. List the number of employees and their <br /> classifications you supervise, and whether these are full-time or part-time positions (list only <br /> regular positions and exclude temporary employees). <br /> The Wetlands Program Supervisor supervises the following City employees: <br /> 1. Mitigation Bank Coordinator, Senior Program Specialist (#0328), full-time. <br /> 2. Wetlands Ecologist, currently undergoing classification review by HRRS, but supervisor <br /> recommends classification as non-flex Management Analyst (#0620), full-time. This <br /> position is pending Supplemental Budget 2 approval by City Council on March 8, 2004. <br /> At the present time, this position is supervised by the Wetlands Program Supervisor <br /> under a contractual relationship with The Nature Conservancy. <br /> Position Questionnaire Form 10 HRRS/Jan 99 <br /> <br />
