Consensus for #5 -Appreciation. <br /> Determine a Process for Addressing the Test Case Issue -Margaret presented the <br /> Plan, Do, Check, Acf (PDCA) process for continuous improvement. Applied to the <br /> group's issues, it could be interpreted as follows: <br /> 1. Plan: Develop theories about why issues exist through probable cause analysis - <br /> with the goal to get to the root cause of the issue. <br /> 2. Do: Test theories through fact finding or data gathering. This may take the form of <br /> surveys of the yard staff, focus groups, or other data gathering methods. <br /> 3. Check: Check test results. Bring results of fact finding back to the committee. <br /> 4. Act: Acton test results. Make a decision about what a possible solution might be. <br /> <br />
