Oversees the automation needs for the department <br /> and represents the department in internal service delivery discussions. <br /> <br /> :I <br /> Administers the Systems Development Charge (SDC) program, including rate analysis, collection, <br /> and responses to appeals. <br /> ~ Administers the stormwater, wastewater, and transportation system maintenance fee utility billing <br /> program, including rate analysis, collection, and responses to appeals. <br /> ! Directs, oversees and participates in the development of the Engineering Division budget including <br /> capital improvements funding; assists in budget implementation; participates in the forecast of <br /> i funds needed; administers the approved budget involving several operating and capital funds. <br /> j Reviews minor partition and subdivision land divisions for conformance with ORS requirements, <br /> local goals, and policies and public works standards. Directs the installation of all public <br /> improvements in subdivisions and developments by reviewing and inspecting privately engineered <br /> public improvement plans. <br /> i <br /> ~ Represents the division on multi-departmental task teams and multi-agency partnerships. <br /> ~ Reviews and approves plans and specifications, designs, environmental documents, reports and <br /> studies; reviews and approves tract maps, parcel maps, and lot line adjustments. <br /> 'i n work and <br /> Responsible for the selection, supervision and evaluation of assigned staff; assig s <br /> ensures appropriate training is provided; investigates complaints; recommends and administers <br /> disciplinary actions; handles sensitive personnel matters and recommends grievance responses; <br /> ~ exercises full supervision over employees. <br /> j Ensures division implementation of and adherence to the City's Affirmative. Action and Diversity <br /> Work Plans.
