Items covered include panel <br /> member diversity requirements, interview questions and selection criteria and scoring <br /> system to be used. <br /> ? Applications (for temporary and regular positions) are collected by Recruitment and <br /> Selection. <br /> ? Recruitment and Selection documents information from applications for applicant <br /> tracking and sorts for review by supervisor. Recruitment and Selection will prescreen <br /> for minimum requirements. <br /> ? Supervisor reviews applications and discusses with Recruitment Selection Analyst the <br /> selection of finalists based on selection criteria previously developed. <br /> ?
