Position works with employees who have had an on- <br /> the-job injury; employee medical information is of a confidential nature, but will <br /> occasionally need to be shared with the employee within this position. Position may <br /> perform research and provide information on law suits. and liability claims handled by <br /> HRRS that will be of a confidential nature. <br /> c. Describe your limitations in making these recommendations and decisions <br /> (i.e., procedure manual, written policy, delegated authority). <br /> Employee will only be limited in making the above type decisions and <br /> recommendations to the extent that all other supervisory and management staff <br /> are limited.
