Section 7. Field Surface Replacement <br /> City and District agree to jointly fund the replacement costs of the artificial surfaces - <br /> approximately in proportion to the amount of their use and impact on the surfaces. Failure to pay <br /> for apro-rata share of the replacement cost could result in a <br /> .pro-rata reduction of use. <br /> ,I Section 8. Rental Fees, Concession and Ticket Revenue <br /> 8.1 City and District Sponsored Events. All such revenue will be <br /> .used for maintenance and operation of or custodial services for the facilities described in <br /> section 1 of this Agreement, as mutually agreed by City and District. <br /> Section 9.
