6. Funds Available and Authorized <br /> The Board certifies at the time the agreement is written that $917,500 is available and <br /> authorized for expenditure to finance costs of this agreement with the Board's current <br /> appropriation and limitation. <br /> 7. Access to Records <br /> OPRD shall account for funds distributed by the Board using generally accepted <br /> accounting practices. OPRD further agrees to make such accounting records available to <br /> the Board, the Oregon Secretary of State's Office, or their employees, agents, and <br /> independent contractors upon request. <br /> 8.
