Term of Agreement <br /> This agreement is effective immediately upon signing by both parties. <br /> 2. Statement of Work <br /> (a) The Board granted $917,500 to Tillamook County to enable the acquisition of fee <br /> sim le title to certain real ro ert located in Tillamook Count Ore on as more <br /> P p p Y Y~ g <br /> <br /> l <br /> particularly described in the attached Exhibit A (hereafter described as Property), by <br /> OPRD. <br /> (b) The commitment of funds by the Board will be rescinded if transfer of fee simple title <br /> _ _ _ _ _ _ to OPRD has not occurred on_or before October 2 2000_. If transfer of title_ does not__________ _ <br /> occur on or before October 2,. 2000,_OPRD shall return the funds to the Board by_October <br /> 9, 2000. <br /> (b) The Board and OPRD have similar, but not identical missions. <br /> 2000, contains a condition reflecting the intent that OPRD will develop a plan for the <br /> long-term management of the Property. <br /> (d) This agreement governs the process for finalizing OPRD's long-term management plan <br /> for the Property. <br /> (e) OPRD agrees to: <br /> i) Undertake a public process consistent with state statute and it's administrative <br /> rules to develop and adopt a plan governing the long-term management of the <br /> Property. <br /> ii) Ensure that OWEB staff has the opportunity to actively participate in and <br /> contribute to the process of developing the management plan for the Property, <br /> including OWEB star participation in any rules advisory committee or steering <br /> committee formed <br /> iii) The OPRD Commission will not act to adopt a management plan for the Property <br /> without first seeking concurrence from the Board with the terms and conditions of <br /> the plan. <br /> <br />
