I call your attention to Section 00120-40 (e), <br />paragraph 2, of the Special Provisions for Highway Construction, which states <br />"If a surety. ,bond is submitted, use the Department's standard bid bond form, <br />which is included with the bid booklet." Attached to this letter is a copy of this <br />subsection for your reference.
