I will be <br />out all day tomorrow. After my submittal, F&G will need to put together the formal documents to send to <br />FHWA for their approval. When the programming has been approved, I will send you a copy of the <br />Expenditure Account number and the approval with FHWA signature. This generally takes 2-3 weeks to <br />receive FHWA approval. Could you <br />put together a list of ODOT people that need to be there and their availability. We feel we can fit your <br />availability. We can meet here in my office and then go to the site or just meet at the site, which ever is <br />best for you. If you have any questions on which ODOT Bridge people need to attend you could contact <br />Larry for confirmation or just send me a list and I can contact Larry. <br />When do you anticipate that fundirig etc. will be set up so we can start charging time against the project? <br />Any questions give me a call at 541-682-5230, Thanks Bud <br />
