List what items will be purchased and their costs. Be as descriptive as possible. <br /> Categories of supplies, e.g., office supplies, lab supplies, etc., are acceptable if items cannot <br /> be reasonably separated. <br /> Contractual.. List each proposed contract, including the purpose, the contractor (if known), <br /> and the costs. <br /> Other. List what makes up this category, and costs associated with each item. <br /> Indirect Costs. A copy of the current indirect cost rate agreement, approved~by your <br /> cognizant Federal agency, must be included with the application. <br /> 4. -Indirect Costs (SF-424A, Section F -Other Budget Information) <br /> If your application includes INDIRECT COSTS, Section F MUST be completed.
