The' purpose of this task order is to. provide funding for the CITY to implement <br /> habitat restoration activities on the TNC's ortion of the Willow Corner site, as <br /> P <br /> . detailed in the Willow Corner. Mitigation Improvement Plan. The specific tasks <br /> include: <br /> A. Engineering and Design. This will be conducted by .City staff: -This task will <br /> include costs such as pre-construction surveys, ss well as production of <br /> construction documents and bid specifications. <br /> B. The clearing of existing vegetation that is growing on .the fill material. This <br /> <br /> - work will be performed by a contractor hired by the City using a competitive <br /> bid process. The work. will be inspected on-site by City staff. <br /> C. The removal of <br /> fill material <br /> from the site. This work will be performed by a <br /> . contractor hired by the City using a competitive bid process. Thy work will <br /> be inspected on-site by City staff: <br /> D. Final grading of the site to prepare it for re-seeding with native species. This <br /> work will be performed by a contractor hired by the City using a competitive <br /> bid process. The work will be inspected on-site by City staff. <br /> E. Collection of native seed <br /> for distribution on the site. This work will be <br /> conducted by City staff. <br /> F.
