The' purpose of this task order is to. provide funding for the CITY to implement <br /> habitat restoration activities on the TNC's ortion of the Willow Corner site, as <br /> P <br /> . detailed in the Willow Corner. Mitigation Improvement Plan. The specific tasks <br /> include: <br /> A. Engineering and Design. This will be conducted by .City staff: -This task will <br /> include costs such as pre-construction surveys, ss well as production of <br /> construction documents and bid specifications. <br /> B.
