AGREEMENT NUMBER: HAA031M00 <br /> STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> TASK ORDER # HEF041M06 <br /> 1.0 DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br /> 1.1 Access/Location <br /> Access to sites is via all-weather roads. The sites are located in the West Eugene <br /> Wetlands of the Eugene BLM District. Other sites will be identified at a later date. They <br /> are located on varied terrain from steep to gentle slopes with various distances so that the <br /> tools will need to be packed in from the roads. Work areas will be at Government- <br /> <br /> ; approved sites. <br /> 1.2 Site Security <br /> City personnel fulfilling the requirements of this .Task Order will be based out the BLM <br /> facility at 751 South Danebo and using BLM equipment, unless the City identifies City <br /> space for the personnel. If the City personnel are using the BLM facili , Ci ersonnel <br /> ty ty p <br /> will be responsible to secure all equipment on site in storages ace rovided and <br /> P P <br /> complying with all security measures with regard to electronic equipment, in particular <br /> complete and comply with IT training and security procedures. Staff will also be <br /> responsible to lock buildings and entrance gate as well as setting security system if they <br /> are the last person leaving the office at the end of the work day. <br /> 2.0 DEFINITIONS <br /> None. <br /> 3.0 COOPERATOR-FURNISHED ITEMS <br /> Cooperator is required to furnish any tools or equipment needed to complete the tasks, <br /> excluding office equipment. Cooperator will provide a vehicle to complete this work as <br /> necessary. <br /> 4.0 GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED ITEMS <br /> BLM will furnish an office space and computer for City staff fulfilling this task order. <br /> 5.0 SPECIFIC TASKS <br /> The City will provide botanical technical assistance to help accomplish the following <br /> tasks: <br /> <br />
