Wetlands Restoration. <br /> Project. This Task Order coverswork to be completed in Federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2003. <br /> Tasks and Activities::; <br /> The Corps of Engineiers Will: <br /> 1 <br /> 1. Continue to provide management and funds for completion of the Project's Phase II, which involves a <br /> series of management prescriptions designed to restore small-scale surface hydrology, remove non native <br /> <br /> ' species, and to plant a~d treat native plants with the goal of restoring a native Willamette Valley. wet: <br /> prairie wetland ecosys~em. Phase II prescriptions will include filling and restoring small drainage <br /> channels, fill removal,ilremoval of reed canary grass and other invasive species, mowing, bunting, <br /> plowing and scraping.; Corps staff will coordinate and schedule planting and seeding activities with City <br /> of Eugene and BLM staff. <br /> 2.
